Manager - Easy Access Storage
Dana has over 30+ years of customer service and managerial experience in retail, automotive and the food industry. Since Dana has joined our team in October 2022, she has been learning and becoming very knowledgeable about the storage industry and has enjoyed every minute of it. She strives to make her facility one that her customers will want to stick around for a while. Helping others has always been a passion for her and she loves being able to interact and connect with her customers to help them get what they need. Dana’s hobbies include watching movies, camping, playing darts and soon spending time with her grandchildren. Born and raised in Southern California, Dana decided to move to Idaho with her father in 1990 and graduated from Middleton High School in ’92, and has made Idaho her home ever since. .
Manager - Access Mini Storage & Brown Bear Storage
Clyde past experiences have given him a well-rounded history in the customer service industry for over 20 years. He has great leadership and communication skills and truly enjoys working with people. He has been a part of our team for under a year, and in this short time been able to foster great relationships, provide top tier service and satisfaction to our customers. He looks forward to future opportunities within our company. He loves spending quality time with his beautiful family, including his new puppy, watching sports, air shows and car races. Clyde and his family have been Nampa residents for less than a year, but can’t see their lives anywhere else.
Manager - Grizzly Bear Storage
Katie Lane has close to 30 years of customer service experience and has been in the storage industry for seven years. Her keen sense of customer satisfaction helps establish good relationship with customers. Katie enjoys helping people in any way she can by being a great friend during trying times. To unwind, she likes reading, staying active, and playing with her dog. Katie and her family have been residing in the Nampa area for the past 4 years.
Manager - Storage Land
Tiffany has recently joined our growing team of Mangers for our storage facilities. She has over 15 years of customer service experience that is ideal in this industry. She began her career servicing convenience store patrons, but as she has pivoted her career, Tiffany has realized that the storage facility industry suites her better where she can expand and apply her skills. She enjoys meeting new people and fostering relationships with the tenants of Storage Land. She makes everyone feel welcome with her easy going and free flowing personality. Tiffany is originally from California but has set roots in Idaho with her husband, teenage children and her bulldog. She loves to travel, meeting new people, and creating memories along the way.
Manager - Rocky Mountain Storage
Stephanie Maestas has been in the self-storage industry for five years. Her exceptional customer service is reflected in the relationships that she has with her customers making sure she offers the best experience possible every time. When she is not managing Rocky Mountain Storage, you can find her spending quality time with her family, participating in sports, and fishing. She has been a West Valley City resident for the past five years.
